Product Summary:

Installation of New Single Glass Partitioning (Non-Fire Rated), with Framed Glass Door & Solid Office Partitions to create new corner office.

Single Glass Partitioning

  • Standard Full Height Single Glazed Partitioning
  • 10mm clear toughened glass (approximately 4lm), Height 2800mm
  • Dry jointed, fitted with aluminium channels in white, RAL 9010
  • Full Height Framed Glass Door (No 1) fitted into aluminium channels in white RAL 9010
  • Hydraulic hinges hold open, 600mm square section pull handle in SSS, non-locking
  • DDA compliant manifestation consisted of 2 rows of 50mm dots

Solid Office Partitioning

  • 70mm stud and track (approximately 5.4lm), Height 2800mm
  • Boarded over with 12.5mm plasterboard to either side, insulated in between with 50mm insulation.
  • Finished wall to be taped and filled, decorated in white.
  • We have allowed for laminated skirting

 Kitchen Works

  • Kitchen worktop 3000mm long to match existing, granite effect
  • No 4 x supporting legs, timber batten

Project Value £5,000 – £7,000 + VAT (the price includes supply, delivery and install, aftercare)
